All Products sold by Superstition Research Group are strictly for in vitro laboratory research purposes only. By completing a purchase, you expressly represent and warrant that:

• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or licensed professional with a legitimate research purpose.
• You are at least 21 years of age.
• The Products will not be used for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical purposes.
• The Products will not be used as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, or household chemicals.
• You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, handling, storage, and use of the Products.

Superstition Research Group is a legally independent limited liability company. SRG maintains its own EIN, legal structure, and operational independence.

SRG is committed to providing high-purity research compounds. All products are:

• Manufactured under research-grade quality standards.
• Subject to third-party certificate of analysis (COA) testing where applicable.
• Labeled with lot numbers and purity information.
• Stored and shipped under conditions designed to maintain integrity.

Products are sold “as is” for research purposes. SRG makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for any particular research purpose.

Due to the research-grade nature of our products, SRG does not accept returns of opened or used items. Refunds or replacements may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Products arrive visibly damaged — photo documentation required within 48 hours of delivery.
• Incorrect items were shipped due to our error.
• Orders are not delivered despite carrier confirmation of delivery.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. SRG reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet the above criteria. Please note: Due to the obligations of the payment gateways, store credit will be added in the place of a refund.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. The following Official Rules govern Superstition Research Group’s weekly store credit giveaway.

1. Sponsor. Superstition Research Group, LLC (“SRG”), located in Phoenix, Arizona.
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and who hold an active customer account at superstitionresearch.com at the time of the drawing. Employees of Superstition Research Group, LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period. The giveaway runs on a weekly basis, with one (1) drawing held each Friday until otherwise announced by SRG.
4. How to Enter. All active account holders at superstitionresearch.com are entered into each weekly drawing at no cost. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
5. Automatic Entry. Entry is automatic — there is no opt-in step, sign-up, or additional action required. Creating an account at superstitionresearch.com is the only step needed to be eligible for the weekly drawing.
6. Prize. One (1) winner per week will receive fifty dollars ($50) in store credit, applied to their account at superstitionresearch.com. Account holders who have completed at least one (1) paid order with SRG prior to the date of the drawing will receive an additional twenty-five dollars ($25) in store credit as a loyalty bonus, for a total prize value of seventy-five dollars ($75). Store credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.
7. Odds of Winning. Odds depend on the total number of eligible account holders at the time of each weekly drawing.
8. Winner Selection and Notification. Winners will be selected by random drawing from the pool of eligible account holders. The winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their account within seven (7) days of the drawing. Additionally, the winner’s username will be announced in a designated “Prize Winners” section on the superstitionresearch.com homepage. By participating in the giveaway, entrants consent to the public display of their username if selected as a winner.
9. Prize Redemption. Store credit may be used at any time toward any product available at superstitionresearch.com. Store credit is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another account.
10. Automatic Prize Redemption. Store credit is automatically added to the winner’s account upon notification. No code, claim form, or other action is required to receive the prize, and there is no expiration date or deadline by which the credit must be used.
11. Store Credit Stacking. Store credit may be combined with any other coupons, discounts, or promotional offers at checkout. Store credit functions as an account balance rather than a coupon, and applies in addition to any other discounts.
12. General Conditions. SRG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters.
13. Governing Law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
14. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is subject to the SRG Privacy Policy, available at superstitionresearch.com/privacy-policy.

SRG operates as a research-use-only (RUO) supplier. Our products are not compounded drugs and are not subject to FDA 503A or 503B compounding pharmacy regulations when sold for research purposes. Buyer is solely responsible for:

• Determining the legality of purchasing and possessing our products in their jurisdiction.
• Obtaining any required licenses, permits, or institutional approvals before purchase.
• Compliance with DEA, FDA, state pharmacy boards, and any other applicable regulatory bodies.
• Safe handling, storage, and disposal of all Products in accordance with applicable regulations.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SRG, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your misuse of any Product.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Any third-party claim arising from your purchase or use of our Products.

All content on superstitionresearch.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and images, is the property of Superstition Research Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent from SRG.

Your use of superstitionresearch.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

SRG reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to superstitionresearch.com. Your continued use of our website or placement of orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SRG with respect to your purchase and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
